    Here's the steps without translation:

"1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Command Prompt, and right-click or press Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the list of results. Select Run as administrator, and then select Yes.

    1. Type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (note the space before each "/"), and then press Enter. (Note: This step may take a few minutes to start and up to 30 minutes to complete.)
    2. After you see a message that says, "The operation completed successfully," type sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/") and press Enter.
    3. After you see a message that says, "Verification 100% complete," type exit."

Then check again if it resolves the issue.

This seems to be a rare issue, as some users have reported that they were able to fix the issue by unchecking Live Preview. May I also know if you use any add-ins in Excel? If so, kindly try disabling each add-in and check if it resolves the issue. If yes, there might be an add-in that is affecting it. If the issue is not related to the add-ins, I recommend running the System File Checker to fix errors on the system. Follow the steps below:

Leo Marcha

    Hi Soomin P,

Thank you for reaching out. My name is Leo, a user just like you. I'd be happy to help you with your concern.

May I know which Microsoft Office version you are currently using? This appears to be a common issue with Excel, as many users have reported experiencing the same problem. There is an ongoing discussion about this issue on the Microsoft Support community, and another user, 'Chuck zx,' has provided a workaround by turning off the live preview. To do this, follow the steps below:

"1. Open Excel then go to File > Options > General. 2. Then look for "Enable Live Preview" then unmark it. 3. Click Ok to apply changes. 4. Restart your Excel then try checking if it fix the issue."

I pulled the above information from Official Microsoft Community Support website. For reference, here's the link below:
