엑셀 사용자지정 오류 관련 질문하고 싶습니다.

엑셀에서 사용자 정의 함수 코딩을 한 다음에 함수 인수 도움말을 사용할 수 없다는 공지가 뜨고 확인을 누르면

여러 사진들과 같이 작동이 되지 않으며 엑셀의 매크로 설정도 VBA허용으로 하였음에도 불구하고 작동이 되지 않아 간곡하게 정말 며칠을 헤매고 있어서 제발 해결하고 싶어서 문의 남깁니다.

    Thank you for your help. Microsoft is currently the latest version, the 2021 version.

    I don't know the VBA code, but there was a post on the Internet that said I can allow this, so I copied it, but I can't that.

    There are a lot of pictures, but the screen comes up like this
