MS오피스 365 로그인 오류문제 Log-in error with MS Office

Question

MS오피스 365 Personal 1년 구독신청하고 계정을 새로 개설했습니다. 

윈도우 로그인 후에 MS 오피스 사용을 위해 새로 개설한 오피스 계정으로 로그인을 했는데

PIN번호 입력을 하라고 나옵니다.

PIN번호를 만든 적도 없고 PIN번호 찾기버튼도 없고 방법을 찾아봐도 안됩니다.

어떻게 접속해야 하는지 알려주세요.

아니면 윈도우 접속 계정도 MS 오피스 계정과 동일해야 하나요??

Please help me with accessing my MS Office account.

I purchased MS office 365 personal for 1 year and added into my MS account (Created a new account).

However, I tried to log-in MS office excel, it kept requiring PIN code which is different from the password of MS account.

I never set the PIN code before and can't even create or find the right code..

Otherwise, should it be matched with Windows log-in account?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Is this Windows Hello Pin?

If it is, find steps below to remove Hello Pin as a sign in option for the Microsoft account.

To remove Windows Hello as a sign in method for your Microsoft account:

1. On a PC, go to the Microsoft account page (https://account.microsoft.com/account) and sign in as you normally would.
2. Select Security > Advanced security options.
3. Select Windows Pin and Delete it.

Hello Raymond,

Thanks for the kind and detailed advice! I've tried several ways as your recommendations but couldn't find the solution. Finally reached the MS helpdesk and solved the problem that my account was linked to the corporate account I logged in before, so I couldn't reach the new one even I logged out the corporate one. :(
