authenticator를 사용하던 기존 모바일 기기를 초기화 해서 Sharepoint 사용 시에 로그인 후 인증으로 사용하던 Authenticator 인증이 불가능합니다.

제가 개인으로 해당 인증을 다시 사용할 수 있는 방법이 있나요?

아니면, 관리자가 저의 계정에 대한 설정을 초기화해야만 다시 사용할 수 있나요?

For the scenario you met, if you are using Microsoft365 for Business account, you will need to contact your IT admin to reset the authenticator. This is necessary because the multi-factor authentication (MFA) is still installed on your previous device, and for security reasons, it cannot be performed on a new phone without admin intervention.

I set it to log in only using the authenticator, but I initialized the mobile device with the authenticator installed.
