윈도우를 재설치한 후 정품 인증이 되지 않습니다

안녕하세요. 컴퓨터 파워 교체 후 윈도우를 재설치하였습니다만, 정품 인증에 오류가 있습니다.
(정품 인증 문제 해결 → 하드웨어에 있는 정품 키는 인식되나 선택하면 오류 발생 → 루프)

파워만 교체 후 마더보드를 교체하지 않았기 때문에, 하드웨어에 있는 라이센스 키가 변경됐을 가능성은 없습니다.

AS 업체측에 문의해보니, 제 계정에 있는 다른 윈도우 Home 라이센스와의 충돌이 있을 수 있어 새로운 윈도우 관리자 계정을 만든 다음 인증하는 방식을 사용해 보았는데, 그 방법으로도 해결되지 않았습니다.

이 경우 Microsoft 지원에 연락하여 수동으로 도움을 받아야 합니다.

도움을 받으려면 컴퓨터에서 "도움말 보기" 앱을 엽니다(시작 메뉴에서 검색). 또는 https://support.microsoft.com/contactus 로 이동하여 "청구"를 입력하고 Enter 키를 누릅니다. 다음 화면에서 페이지 하단의 "지원팀에 문의"를 클릭한 다음 "Windows" > "내 구독 관리"를 선택합니다. 그러면 문제를 검토하는 데 도움을 주기 위해 계정에 액세스할 수 있는 Microsoft 지원 에이전트와 채팅할 수 있는 옵션이 표시됩니다.

Just want to make sure, this is after the troubleshooter is already run, right?

Go to Settings > System > Activation, run the troubleshooter, choose the hardware change option. When it asks you where it is installed on right now, you should choose the old device name. Then click on Activate button. And on the next screen when it asks you where to transfer it to, choose your new device name.

To perform a repair installation of Windows 11 using the Windows Media Creation Tool:

The following steps should be done on a working Windows computer:

Download the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's official website. https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 click on the "download now" button under "Create Windows 11 Installation Media"

Run the tool and select "Create installation media for another PC."

Choose "USB flash drive" as the media to use for the installation and select "Next."

Connect a USB flash drive with at least 8 GB of free space to your computer.

Select the USB flash drive you want to use, and then select "Next."

The tool will then download the required files and create the installation media.

Now these steps will  be done on your problematic computer:

Go to the USB drive via File Explorer, locate and run the Setup.exe file. Ideally, you should disconnect all USB and Bluetooth devices other than mouse and keyboard. Disable any 3rd party antivirus program. Disconnect the internet.

Once you run the Setup.exe file, choose the Install option, and the choose the option that keeps your files and apps.
