특정 메일 확인 시 OUTLOOK이 종료되는 오류가 발생합니다.

원인과 해결방법에 대해 알려주셨으면 합니다.

Please try these suggestion:

1. Start Outlook in Safe Mode Press Windows + R, type outlook /safe, and press Enter. If it opens without crashing, an add-in may be causing the issue.
2. Disable Add-ins Go to File > Options > Add-ins. At the bottom, choose COM Add-ins > Go and uncheck all add-ins, then restart Outlook.
3. Install Latest Updates Make sure Office 2013 is fully updated through Windows Update.
4. Corrupt Email If the crash happens with the same message, it might be corrupted. Try deleting it using Outlook Web Access or a different email client.

If these steps don’t resolve it, you might need to consider repairing the Outlook installation.
