I was using DOLBY ACCESS well with my ******@hanmail.net account in the Microsoft store. Originally, it was registered, but one day it was suddenly unregistered and I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the problem did not solve. I also contacted Dolby and asked them to resolve it because it was a software purchased with a Kizen. However, Dolby asked me to contact Microsoft directly.

    Hi there,

I’m Cherrelyn, and I’m here to help.

If your Dolby Access license was suddenly removed, it may be a sync issue between your Microsoft Store account and the app. Please make sure you're signed into the Microsoft Store with the same @hanmail.net account used for the original purchase. Then go to Microsoft Store > Library > Select Dolby Access > Click "Install." If it still shows unregistered, go to Settings > Apps > Dolby Access > Advanced Options, and click Reset. Restart your PC and try launching the app again.

If the issue remains, you’ll need to reach out to Microsoft Store support, as Dolby can’t reassign licenses they’re handled entirely by Microsoft.

I hope this helps, and if you have any questions, feel free to reply to this post.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn
