마이크로소프트 스토어가 연결이 안됩니다

집에서 같은인터넷을 사용하고있는데 다른한쪽 pc로는 마이크로소프트 스토어 어플이 잘 사용이되는데 다른한쪽pc는 마이크로소프트 스토어 어플이 계속 인터넷오류로 이용이안돼서 마인크래프트 게임을 이용을 못하고있습니다 이 문제를 어떻게 해결해야하나요?

May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?

Kindly send the version or build of your Windows (Please press Windows key+R and type winver and hit enter)

Please check and follow the steps below:

1. Please shutdown your laptop and wait for at least 5 minutes before turning it on. Please check if the issue persists.
2. Reset the Network

Please click start menu and type Command Prompt

Kindly right click on it

Please select run as administrator

Please copy and paste the command below and hit enter.

netsh winsock reset

netsh interface ipv4 reset

netsh interface ipv6 reset

netsh winsock reset catalog

netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /renew

Please wait for it to finish, restart your device and check if the issue still persists.

3. Check if there's a pending updates that needs to be installed.

Click Start Menu and type Windows update then hit enter. Please install the updates.

4. Please press Windows key + R and type wsreset.exe and hit enter.

Wait for it to finish and load the MS Store.

Once MS Store is up, please check if the issue still persists.

5. Repair Windows Store apps and Settings

Click Start Menu and type Powershell, right click on it and choose Powershell(admin), copy and paste the command below and hit enter.

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Once the process is done, restart the PC and check if the issue still persists.
