Hello Moon Seon-jeong ,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
Based on the error message you’re seeing (AADSTS50020), it looks like you’re trying to access a PowerPoint file (via SharePoint Online) using an account that doesn’t exist in the SKKU tenant.
To help me better understand the situation, could you please confirm the following:
- Are you experiencing this issue when opening the file in the PowerPoint desktop app or in the web browser (SharePoint/OneDrive)?
- Are you signed in with a personal Microsoft account (live.com/Outlook/Hotmail) or with your organization account (g.skku.edu)?
- Can you try signing in at https://office.com using your SKKU-provided organizational account and let me know if that works?
- Do you have an admin role in your organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant**?**
If you're an IT admin or Global Administrator:
- Go to the Azure Portal: https://portal.azure.com/
- Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID > Users
- Check if the user account (******@g.skku.edu) exists in the tenant.
- If not, invite the user as a guest (Microsoft Entra ID > Users > New guest user).
- Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID > External Identities > Cross-tenant access settings
- Review B2B collaboration settings to ensure guest access is allowed.
- Check Conditional Access Policies that might block guest sign-in from certain accounts.
If you're an end-user:
- Contact your IT helpdesk or Global Administrator and request that your account (******@g.skku.edu) to be added as a guest user in the SKKU tenant.
- Clear Browser Cache
- Sign out of all Microsoft accounts.
- Open a private browsing window (Ctrl + Shift + N).
- Try signing in again using your work/school account (g.skku.edu).
- Open a private browsing window (Ctrl + Shift + N).
- Sign out of all Microsoft accounts.
- Try a Different Browser or Use InPrivate Mode
- Use a different browser (e.g., Edge, Chrome, Firefox).
- Alternatively, open an InPrivate or Incognito window to avoid cached sessions interfering with sign-in.
