Yes, Microsoft typically offers a free 1-month trial for Microsoft 365 Personal, which includes 1TB of OneDrive storage. However: It does not auto-cancel. If you don’t manually turn off recurring billing, you’ll be charged once the trial ends.

Since you can’t find the option, If the Payments and subscriptions section doesn’t show cancellation options here is what you can try accessing it from a desktop browser (not mobile). Make sure you’re signed in with the correct Microsoft account. Then retry the cancellation process again.
