갑자기 메일 계정이 삭제 되었습니다.

Question

아들이 디스코드에서 무슨 이메일 인증을 했다고 하고나서는

이메일로 일회용 인증번호가 온 뒤 1분후에

갑자기 MS 계정팀에서 보안 정보 삭제됨 이라고 왔습니다.

현제 제가 쓰던(30년정도) 이메일 계정이 하루 아침에 날라가서

복구할 방법을 찾고 있는데 도저히 모르겠어서 이렇게 질문을 올립니다.

아들이 하던 마인크래프트 역시 로그인이 안되네요.

I would suggest to submit an account the recovery form at https://account.live.com/acsr and enter the original email and fill in as much info as possible, like old passwords, subject lines of emails, or payment details for services like Microsoft 365 or Minecraft. This is how Microsoft verifies you are the rightful owner. The minecraft account is also tied to microsoft account so you can only access it once your pass the recovery form. After submission please allow 24-48 hours for verification.

If the form says the account is not recognized or you cannot get through, then you need to go to the support page https://support.microsoft.com/contactus. Select "I cant access my account" and then choose "No" when asked to log in. That will guide you to chat or request a callback from Microsoft support.
