계정이 해킹 당하여 기존 이메일이 삭제되고 새로운 이메일로 교체되어 복구가 불가능한 상태입니다

PC 핀으로 마이크로소프트 계정 로그인이 되질 않아 이메일을 입력해 로그인을 시도해보니, 해킹을 당해 이메일이 ******@angiotluque.com 이라는 이메일로 교체가 되어 복구가 불가능한 상태가 되었습니다...

이 이메일과 사용자 이름이 제 본래 계정입니다

하지만 이렇게 다른 계정으로 변경이 되어 복구 시도조차 불가능한데 이런 정보들만으론 해결이 불가능한 문제인가요? 본 메일로 이메일이 변경되었다는 메일조차 받지 못했는데 하루아침에 계정이 강탈당하니 어이가 없네요 ㅋㅋ... 언제 바뀌었는지조차 잘 모르겠습니다

If the tool wont work proceed in submitting an account recovery form at https://account.live.com/acsr and provide as much information as possible about your account such as old passwords, subjects of recent emails, Xbox or Microsoft services used, and billing information. Microsoft support uses that to verify ownership when the security info is not working. Also, use a device / location / network you often used with that account. You can submit up to 2 forms a day, guesses are okay. After submission allow 24-72 hours for verification.
