계정 탈취(2단계 인증 변경)로 인한 긴급 복구 요청

안녕하세요. 제 Microsoft 계정(이메일: [****@naver.com]**)이 최근에 해킹되어 2단계 인증 수단이 변경되어 로그인 및 비밀번호 재설정이 불가능합니다. 복구폼으로 시도했으나 등록된 2차 인증으로 인해 복구가 차단되고 있습니다.

2차 인증을 요구하는 이메일(ch******@163.com)은 저의 계정이 아닙니다.

4월 ~ 9월에 걸쳐 알수 없는 로그인 시도가 있었고 그 이후 계정을 찾을 수 없는 상태입니다.

계정을 복구하고 싶습니다.

Hello, I tried to recover my account using both of the links you provided, but both attempts failed.

1. The first link requires email verification for identity confirmation. My account has been compromised and the hacker has changed the email used for verification, so I cannot receive the verification code.
2. The second link does not allow me to consult with security support even when I sign in with a different account. That site only provides instructions or guides to follow when a problem occurs.

Is there any other way to recover the hacked email?
