윈도우10 업데이트 후에 CPU 점유율이 상승하여 느려 졌기 때문에 문의 합니다

10월14일에 윈도우10 업데이트 종료 후에

10월15일에 윈도우10 업데이트를 했는데요. (KB5066747 , KB5066791)

①업데이트 후에 CPU 점유율이 상승 해서

게임이 안되고, 유튜브나 넷플릭스 등도 보기 어려워 졌습니다.

(인터넷 사이트 이동도 느려져서 시간이 많이 걸려요)

②인터넷만 켜도 CPU 점유율이 100% -> 0~10% -> 30~40% -> 70~80% -> 100%

이런 식으로 변동 되고 있습니다.

※윈도우10 업데이트를 삭제 한 후에도 CPU 점유율은 그대로 높고,

윈도우10 업데이트를 다시 설치 한 후에도 CPU 점유율은 똑같이 높습니다.

Microsoft 지원팀에 문의 후에 Windows에서 클린 부팅 하는 방법을 알려주셔서

그대로 했는데도 바뀜 없이 CPU 점유율은 똑같이 높아요.

해결 방안책에 대해서 알려주시면 감사 하겠습니다.

다 시도 해봤는데, 여전히 CPU 점유율은 높아요.

Hello! JAEYONG. Thanks for the details. Seems you've tried a lot but disabling Windows Defender / Antimalware Service. Defender’s Antimalware Service Executable often causes 70–100% CPU post-update.

You can check with:

1. Task Manager → Details tab → MsMpEng.exe.

If that’s the cause:

Go to Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Manage settings.

  Temporarily disable Real-time protection.
  
     Observe CPU again for 2–3 minutes.
     

If CPU drops, Defender is looping due to corrupted definitions.

To fix:
"%ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender\MpCmdRun.exe" -RemoveDefinitions -All

"%ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender\MpCmdRun.exe" -SignatureUpdate
