pptx 파일이 열리지 않습니다

Question

제가 원드라이브에 저장한 pptx 파일이 열리지 않습니다.

열릴 때마다 '~의 pptx 내용에 문제가 있습니다. 복구하시겠습니까?'이 뜨고

복구 키를 누르고 한참 뒤엔 '데스크탑용 Powerpoint에서 이 파일을 복구할 수 없습니다. 웹용 Powerpoint에서 복구해보세요'로 나오면서 아예 열리지 않고 있습니다.

이럴 경우, 어떻게 문제를 해결하면 좋을 지 몰라 문의 드립니다.

Yes sure, here's a more detailed steps:

Open PowerPoint first, don’t double-click the file yet.

• Just open PowerPoint so you see a blank screen or the start menu.

Click the File tab (top left corner). It will open a menu on the left side.

Choose Open from the list on the left.

Click Browse or This PC if you’re on Windows 10/11. A file explorer window will appear.

Now, find and click once on your problematic .pptx file, but don’t double-click it yet.

Look at the bottom-right corner of that window, next to the Open button.

You’ll see a small downward arrow (▼) next to the Open button.

Click that small ▼ arrow, it will open a little menu with options like:

• Open
• Open Read-Only
• Open and Repair

Choose Open and Repair.

PowerPoint will try to repair the presentation.

• If it works, you’ll see your slides again.
• Then immediately Save As a new name, so you don’t overwrite the damaged file.

Hello! Kwang. Thanks for the details.

Try to download a local copy and repair the existing ppt file.

1. From OneDrive, download the PPTX to your PC (right-click → Download).
2. Open PowerPoint (desktop).
3. Click File → Open → Browse.
4. Select the file → click the drop-down arrow next to “Open” → choose Open and Repair.
   • PowerPoint will try to fix damaged parts of the file.
