Did you download the excel file with macros from the internet or untrusted source? Because Windows marks it as coming from the Internet Zone. Excel will then block all VBA macros to prevent potential malware.

Here's how to unblock it:

Close Excel completely.

Right-click the file in File Explorer.

Choose Properties.

At the bottom of the “General” tab, look for a box labeled “Unblock”.

Check Unblock → click Apply → OK.

Open the file again, macros should now run normally.
