저는 Microsoft 365 Personal 연간 구독 플랜을 사용중입니다. 윈도우 11 업데이트 후 제 samsung labtop 속도 가 정말 느려졌습니다. 또한 제 언어인 한국어를 타이핑할 때 계속 오류가 발생해서 입력한 키가 입력되지 않습니다. 게다가 power point로 작업을 하다가 갑자기 파일이 읽기전용 파일로 바뀌더니 저장도 되지 않고, 다시 파일을 원래대로 작업 가능 파일로 되돌릴 수도 없습니다. 당신들 때문에 내 작업을 전혀 하지 못 하고 있습니다. 문제를 해결하십시오. 추가로 copilot과 사진 파일, 메모장도 열리지 않습니다.
