사진과 같은 앱의 Microsoft 로그인 요청이 발생하여 시도하면 위와 같은 오류가 반복하여 발생합니다.

You are using an app called Files - which is a third party app. Looks like you are opening files via Files, and that's why the error happens. And looks like this app doesn't support personal Microsoft account. You would need to find out from the developer of Files to confirm this.
