개인계정만 유지 원하고, Entra id 삭제 요청 드려요

안녕하세요,

MS Teams를 개인계정으로 로그인(******@naver.com)하다가, 원하지 않는 Entra id가 자동으로 생성된거 같습니다. 

개인적으로만 계정 사용중입니다.

제 개인 Microsoft 계정 아래에 자동으로 생성된 Microsoft Entra ID(Azure AD) 테넌트를 삭제하고 싶습니다.

이 테넌트에 대한 전역 관리자(Global Administrator) 권한이 없어 접근할 수 없으며, 포털에서도 디렉터리를 삭제할 수 없습니다.

현재, MS 개인계정, Entra 계정, 모두 ******@naver.com 과 연동되어 있습니다.

테넌트 ID: f8cdef31-a31e-4b4a-93e4-5f571e91255a

MS개인계정만 유지하고 싶으며, Entra id는 삭제하고 싶습니다.

이 개인 계정과 연결된 ‘(Orphaned) 테넌트’를 삭제할 수 있도록, 도움 부탁드립니다.

Hi! Could you share a bit more detail? Are you getting an error in any app, or are you just seeing two accounts when you sign in? In general, a personal Microsoft account (MSA) and a work or school (Microsoft Entra ID) account are separate. You might see both if you were added to an organization as a guest, or if you signed up for a Microsoft service that created/linked you to an organization. If you can share the exact error message (or a screenshot without personal info), I can guide you to leave the organization or fix the sign-in.
