Answer 1

Hi,

May I know the error code while installing Microsoft office? It is very helpful in our diagnosis.

If you had any older version of MS Office installed, use the uninstall troubleshooter to remove the traces of the older version and reinstall again.

https://support.microsoft.com/office/uninstall-microsoft-365-or-office-from-a-pc-9dd49b83-264a-477a-8fcc-2fdf5dbf61d8

1. Select the button below to start the uninstall troubleshooter. Uninstall
2. Click Open if you get a pop-up window indicating This site is trying to open Get Help.
3. Follow the prompts on the remaining screens and when prompted, restart your computer.
4. Select the steps for the version of Office you want to install or reinstall. Microsoft 365 | Office 2024 | Office 2021 | Office 2019 | Office 2016

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.
