Outlook(new)에서 첨부파일 열기 오류 (재문의)

1. 이 오류는 모든 첨부 파일에서 발생하나요, 아니면 특정 파일에서만 발생하나요?

• 답변 : 현재 파워포인트에서만 발생합니다. (간헐적으로 다른 분들은 워드파일도 안열립니다)

2. 테스트를 위해 테스트용 파워포인트를 사용한 것으로 보였는데, 그 파일에 슬라이드가 많았나요, 아니면 빈 슬라이드였나요?

• 답변 : 1개의 슬라이드만 존재했습니다. 페이지와 관계없이 오류가 발생합니다.

3. "브라우저에서 열기"를 선택하여 파일을 열 때도 같은 문제가 발생하나요?

• 답변 : 브라우저에서 열기하면 정상적으로 파일이 열립니다. 설치파일에서 열고싶다는 문의가 있어 해당 문의를 드린것이므로 오류 해결을 하고자 합니다.

4. 먼저 파일을 저장한 다음 PowerPoint > 파일 > 열기 > 찾아보기 를 통해 동일한 파일을 열 수 있나요?

• 답변 : 네 파일 자체는 잘 열립니다.

5. OneDrive에서 문제가 있는 파일로 가서 PowerPoint 데스크톱 앱에서 열어보실 수 있나요? 이렇게 하면 문제가 PowerPoint에 있는지 Outlook에 있는지 확인하는 데 도움이 됩니다.

6. 파일을 PowerPoint에서 열 수 있는지 확인하기 위해 Office 빠른 수리를 시도해 보셨나요?

• 답변 : Office 빠른 수리기능은 보여지지 않습니다. outlook(new) 데스크톱 버전만 설치하여 사용중인데, 어느부분에서 확인하면 될지 추가적으로 답변 부탁드립니다. 해당 접속 경로도 보여지지 않아 접근이 불가능한 상태입니다. 설정에서 대신 앱 > 설치된 앱 > outlook > 초기화, 복구모두 진행하였으나 문제 해결이 안됐습니다..

Hello, I’m sharing the results of the checks you requested.

1. Does this error occur with all attachments or only with specific files?

• Answer: It currently occurs only with PowerPoint files. (Occasionally, other users also experience issues opening Word files.)

2. It seems that a test PowerPoint file was used for troubleshooting. Did that file contain many slides, or was it a blank slide?

• Answer: There was only one slide. The error occurs regardless of the number of slides.

3. Does the same issue occur when selecting “Open in Browser” to open the file?

• Answer: When opening in the browser, the file opens normally. However, since there was a request to open it using the desktop app, we are trying to resolve the issue on that basis.

4. If you save the file first and then open it through PowerPoint > File > Open > Browse, are you able to open the same file?

• Answer: Yes, the file itself opens without any issues.

5. If you go to the problematic file in OneDrive and try opening it with the PowerPoint desktop app, does it open correctly? This helps determine whether the issue is with PowerPoint or Outlook.

• Answer: When opening the file from OneDrive with the PowerPoint desktop app, it opens normally.

6. Have you tried performing a Quick Repair of Office to check if the file can be opened in PowerPoint?

• Answer: The Office Quick Repair feature is not visible. I am currently using only the Outlook (new) desktop version, and I am not sure where to find this option. The access path also does not appear, so I am unable to navigate to that menu. Instead, I tried both Reset and Repair via Apps > Installed Apps > Outlook, but the issue was not resolved.
