one drive 휴면상태 해제 요청

저장용량이 다 차서 one drive가 휴먼상태입니다. 업그래이드를 눌러도 사진 화면처럼 뜨고 휴먼상태 유지입니다. 그래서 저장용량 늘리려고 구매한 것도 적용이 안됩니다. 해제요청 드립니다.

Yes, you can save all your OneDrive files to your PC, an external drive, or locally. Then,

Once all of your files are backed up, you can delete all files from OneDrive including the recycle bin folder and uninstall it from your device.

Note - OneDrive saves your files (documents, photos, videos) to the cloud instead of just your computer/mobile device. So, even if the device is lost, you can retrieve that data from OneDrive.
