Activation still fails with error 0xC0020036.

It says the activation server connection is interrupted.

I already checked network, time sync, and VPN.

Please manually activate this device from the server.

Did you buy the license from the Microsoft Store or from a third-party retailer?

1. Open Command Prompt.
2. Type slmgr.vbs /dlv and click enter.
3. Post a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.
