I am writing to request assistance with an Azure account that I can no longer access.
Issue: This was my university-provided account. After my graduation, the university deactivated this account, so I can no longer sign in to the Azure portal or manage any subscriptions linked to it.
Current situation: My university has informed me that they are unable to reactivate or manage this Azure account for me, and advised me to contact Microsoft/Azure support directly.
I am concerned that there may still be active subscriptions or resources under this account, which could continue to generate charges. Since I no longer have access to the email address or the Azure portal, I cannot cancel these subscriptions myself.
