제 메인보드가 msi 보드라 자주 뻑이 나서 바이오스를 밀어야 하는데요

바이오스 재 설치후 항상 정품 인증이 풀리는데 이번에 정품 인증이 되지 않습니다.

How did you obtain your license initially?

Did it come with the device preinstalled, or did you purchase it?

If you purchased it, did you purchase from Microsoft, or from third party?

Is it originally a Win7/8 key?

Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:

slmgr /dlv

Then share a screenshot please. Thanks!

Here are the details from slmgr /dlv as requested:

Edition: Windows 10 Pro

License Channel: RETAIL

Product Key Type: Retail

License Status: Notification (not activated)

This is not an OEM license

This is not a Windows 7/8 upgrade key

The license was originally purchased as a retail key, not preinstalled on a device. Windows was previously activated, but activation appears to have been lost (possibly due to hardware change or activation server issue).

Please let me know the next steps to reactivate this license or verify it against my Microsoft account.
