I deleted photos from OneDrive without realizing it was linked to my phone, and then deleted them from the Recycle Bin as well. Can I recover them?

I wish I could give you good news, however Once photos are deleted from OneDrive and the Recycle Bin, Microsoft does not keep a separate copy you can access. You can try OneDrive Files Restore to revert your account to a previous date within the last 30 days, which may recover deleted items. Otherwise, the files are permanently gone, and no database remains for recovery.
