The laptop I’m currently using is frequently hacked by a Polish hacker named [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]; my emails are being deleted, and I’m constantly receiving spam. I’ve already reported this to Interpol, but it hasn’t made any difference. There is clear evidence proving that he is indeed a hacker.

Please track his IP address and stop him from hacking me.

• Run a full malware/virus scan on your laptop before changing your password. Microsoft recommends scanning the device first if the account may have been compromised.
• Follow Microsoft’s official guide to recover a hacked or compromised account: Recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account.
• Change your password, turn on two-step verification, and check your recent sign-in activity.
• Review your Outlook settings, including forwarding, connected accounts, automatic replies, and mailbox rules, to make sure nothing unfamiliar has been added.
• If emails were deleted, check Deleted Items/Junk Email and use the recovery option if available.
• For spam or phishing messages, use Outlook’s built-in Report option so the message can be submitted for review.
