Introduction

Version 24073 for Power Apps is now available in all regions. This article describes the updates, including the new features, and the fixes to existing functionality, which are included in this update.

New features

 No new features have been publicly disclosed as a part of this released version.

Fixes and improvements

  • Fix issue for apps to get metadata updates without the need to close the Player app.
  • Canvas apps that use the Dataverse connector can be enabled for offline even if they're not in a Dataverse solution (mobile only).
  • Adds an in-app notification when a local change can't be saved to Dataverse in offline-enabled canvas apps (mobile only).
  • Allow more time to download canvas app assets to improve reliability in offline-enabled apps (mobile only).
  • Fixed an issue that could cause the app to revert to the legacy authentication option when the device was offline for an extended period of time.
  • Fix: Resolves failures searching data with special characters in offline-enable canvas apps (mobile only).
