A class representing a collection of OperationalInsightsClusterResource and their operations. Each OperationalInsightsClusterResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of ResourceGroupResource. To get an OperationalInsightsClusterCollection instance call the GetOperationalInsightsClusters method from an instance of ResourceGroupResource.
