Hi

We are contacting you regarding an urgent issue with our Microsoft 365 tenant.

Our company currently has no access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and we are unable to log in with any accounts that may previously have held administrative roles. We are therefore completely locked out of our tenant.

Background

Our Microsoft 365 Business Standard licenses were previously purchased through:

The reseller has confirmed that they do not have GDAP access or administrative rights to our tenant and are therefore unable to grant administrator access to us.

We have also attempted to log in to the admin portal ourselves using the following accounts:

Neither account is able to access the Admin Portal.

At this point, we have no Global Administrator assigned and no way to manage our tenant, and our licenses expired on Sunday, February 15 (business standard licenses) and we urgently need to:

  • Restore Global Administrator access
  • ransfer our CSP agreement to a new partner (AGS IT-partner AS)

Request

We kindly request assistance with Emergency Global Administrator reset due to tenant lockout

We would like Global Administrator access to be assigned to me, as a managing director:

    I denne situasjonen kan du ikke få tilgang til leietakeren selv fordi Microsoft krever en verifisert eierskapsprosess når alle globale administratorkontoer er tapt. Den eneste støttede veien er å åpne en Microsoft 365-tjenesteforespørsel direkte hos Microsoft Support og be om en «Emergency Global Administrator-reset». Slik er det: Gå til https://admin.microsoft.com og velg «Trenger hjelp?» eller «Support» nederst på siden. Siden du er låst ute fra administrasjonssenteret, bør du heller bruke den offentlige Microsoft 365-støtteportalen på https://support.microsoft.com og velge alternativet «Kontakt support», og deretter velge Microsoft 365 som produkt. Når du åpner saken, oppgi tydelig at du trenger en «Emergency Global Administrator-reset» på grunn av leietakerlåsing, og oppgi leietakerinformasjon, selskapsdokumentasjon og bevis på eierskap. Microsoft Support vil deretter veilede deg gjennom verifiseringsprosessen og, når den er validert, tildele globale administratorrettigheter til den angitte kontoen. Dette er den eneste støttede metoden for å få tilbake administrativ tilgang.
