empty folders in onedrive

customer for many years of onedrive. Account ******@outlook.com. Logging in i find basically no files any more, only empty folders

Please check whether the Microsoft account you have been using for many years is indeed the correct one.

Also, do you recall creating any other Microsoft accounts in the past?

There is a possibility that the data shown on your PC does not match the actual data stored in the cloud.

Please sign in to OneDrive.com using a web browser and check whether your files are present there.
