Missing Workspace in Microsoft Loop – Individual pages visible but Workspace container is gone

Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical issue with Microsoft Loop where my main Workspace has disappeared from the dashboard, despite the individual pages still being accessible via the "Recent" list.

The Problem:

  • My primary Workspace is no longer visible in the "Workspaces" overview.
  • I can see and open individual pages belonging to this workspace through the "Recent" sidebar, but the sidebar navigation for the Workspace itself is missing.
  • The "Add to Workspace" icon (navigation breadcrumb) does not allow me to return to the root Workspace.

Steps already taken:

  • Refreshed the application and browser multiple times.
  • Attempted to access Loop via Incognito/Private mode to rule out cache issues.
  • Logged out and back into my Microsoft 365 account.
  • Searched for the .loop file in OneDrive, but cannot restore the Workspace structure from there.

    Det har vært en runddans for å finne svar, viste ikke om jeg skulle skrive på engelsk eller norsk. Vi kan gjerne prøve å løse dette sammen på norsk :) Først og fremst, tusen takk for svar!

    Jeg har brukt Loop i mange år, med da har selskapet hatt egen 365 lisens. Så jeg har brukt "gratis" versjonen i 5 uker, og ikke hatt noe problemer frem til torsdag 05.mars, altså 4 dager siden. Etter forrige torsdag finner jeg bare komponenter og sider hvis jeg går på "nylig komponenter og sider". Utfordringen er at jeg har så mange sider, at alle vises ikke i historikken...     Min kollega som også har gratis-versjonen har ikke noe utfordringer. Jeg har i tillegg en Loop for privat-eposten min, og der har jeg alle arbeidsområdene synlig.

    To make sure I fully capture the issue you’re experiencing, may I confirm a few details:

    • Have you checked with a colleague in the same organization to see whether this might be related to an organizational policy?
    • How long has this issue been happening? Were you able to access and see the “Workspace” normally before?
