The cause is my ISP: he blocks port 25
office 365 smtp server: port 25 connection times out
I've installed a new domain (louis14.tk) on the mailing system of office 365.
I've done the 5 steps in management->configuration
I've configured the DNS records on the site www.freenom.com (except the SRV records)
The MX record smtp server is: louis14-tk.mail.protection.outlook.com
When I test the smtp server with the command:
telnet louis14-tk.mail.protection.outlook.com 25
it times out
ping louis14-tk.mail.protection.outlook.com succeeds
Why is port 25 not activ?
Also
telnet microsoft-com.mail.protection.outlook.com 25
does not work.
My firewall is disabled.

a connection on port 25 cannot be made: it fails
