Outlook agenda reminder popup

When the Outlook reminder popup window is being activated

Then I want that this Outlook reminder popup window always shows on top of the other windows.

And that the Outlook reminder popup window should take focus.

Now I miss a lot of appointments, because the Outlook reminder popup window is not on top and does not take focus. And I can't find any Outlook configuration setting to enable this.

Please enable this a.s.a.p.

You're welcome! If you don't have a subscription version, you won't have the option to keep on top - plus I like that banner better than outlook's reminders.

Let us know if there's anything else. If you don't have any more questions, feel free to choose a rating. Thanks!

Thank you, for the Workaround, because now the agenda reminder is always visible even when Outlook isn't open :-)

The workaround works with any exchange account.

In File > Options > Advanced, do you have an option for 'Show reminders on top of other windows' ? It's in newer builds, but may not be in the volume license version.

    I use Outlook 2016 (16.0.50556.100) on a Desktop with Windows 10 Enterprise

And I'm using a companies mail account, so I can't use the suggested workaround

    Hi remcokok1,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.  Are you using Outlook on the web (the forum you posted in), Outlook desktop software, or Outlook mobile?

If Outlook desktop software, which version and build of Outlook are you using? See File, Office Account for the information. Do you have a subscription to Office? Some versions of Outlook desktop have an option to keep reminders on top.

If using Windows and an outlook.com account, you can add the account to the Windows mail app and sync only the calendar - it brings up a more visible banner in the lower right of the computer screen. I have more information here: https://www.slipstick.com/outlook/calendar/outl...
