Encryption is niet beschikbaar in Outlook van Office 365.

Hierbij heb ik al gekeken onder "Message" en "Options". Ook heb ik al "Encrypt contents and attachments for outgoing messages aangevinkt" in Trust Center. I added the Encryption via "Customize Ribbon" under "Options", but I cannot select the Encryption option.

Vergrendelde vraag. Deze vraag is gemigreerd vanuit de Microsoft Ondersteuning-community. U kunt met een stem aangeven of de inhoud nuttig is, maar u kunt geen opmerkingen of antwoorden toevoegen of de vraag volgen.

    Please check which Office subscription you are using as it may be due to licensing.

    Office 365 Enterprise E3 licenses include Microsoft 365 Message Encryption. Additionally, only customers of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise who also use Exchange Online are allowed to access the Encrypt-Only capability, which is the option located under the Encrypt button.
