Google Chrome and Microsoft Single On is not working normal in Office 365 Enterprise.

Looks like Microsoft don't like Office 365 with Google Chrome, single sign-on and MFA is not working flawless.

When use Edge: Onedrive, Teams, office.com is single sign on. With Google Chrome you have to do everywhere MFA, username, password.

Swith to Edge as default browser everything works.

Wants that everybody use Edge.

Shame. Claim?

I use enterprise, but i am Servicedesk ICT. No high position.

Do we have to use an extension for Google Chrome, has to work without extentension.
Google Chrome and Office 365 ****.

Don't ask me for example, try it yourself: Microsoft 365.

    Hi Vincent,

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with Google Chrome and Microsoft Single Sign On/Office 365 Enterprise. I understand your frustration, as you want to use your preferred browser and have a seamless login experience. There are some possible reasons and solutions for this problem;

    • One reason might be that your Google Chrome settings are not configured to allow single sign-on with Office 365. You may need to add some trusted sites to your browser settings, such as https://login.microsoftonline.com, https://*.microsoftonline.com, and https://*.sharepoint.com. You can follow the steps in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/troubleshoot-single-sign-on-setup-issues-in-office-365-intune-or-azure-bfe00060-32cc-53bc-926f-4d3bcaefa8d0 to add trusted sites to Google Chrome.
    • Another reason might be that your Google Chrome browser is not updated to the latest version, or has some extensions or plugins that interfere with the single sign-on process. You can try updating your browser, disabling any unnecessary extensions or plugins, or resetting your browser settings to the default values.
    • A third reason might be that your Office 365 account is not synced with your Azure Active Directory account, or has some issues with the federation service or the authentication method. You can try signing out and signing back in to your Office 365 account, or contacting your administrator to check the status of your account and the federation service. You can also use the My Apps Secure Sign-in Extension for Google Chrome, which can help you gather the SAML request and SAML response information that you need to resolve issues with single sign-on.

    I hope this helps!

    Regards, Sola
