Please try these suggestion:
- Look in Junk, Spam, or Other folders.
- Check if there are any Inbox rules or filters that might be moving or deleting emails.
- Make sure the sender is added to your Safe Senders list.
- Ask the sender to confirm if their emails are being rejected or bounced.
Sometimes emails are silently filtered at the server level due to spam or security checks, even if not blocked manually.
