Also, please check your Spam folder to ensure the emails weren’t mistakenly filtered there. Sometimes, new emails from external servers can be flagged as spam.
- Go to Outlook.com > Settings > Mail > Junk email > Safe senders and domains. Add Gmail address or gmail.com to whitelist.
- In Outlook, navigate to Mail > Rules, then delete or modify any rules that might inadvertently discard Gmail messages.
- Under Junk email settings, confirm no Gmail addresses or domains are mistakenly blocked.
