If the events you create on your phone don’t show up on your Mac, make sure you’re using the same account on both devices (Outlook, Gmail, iCloud, etc.). On your phone, go to Settings > Accounts and confirm calendar sync is enabled. On your Mac, open the Calendar app>Preferences>Accounts and check that the same account is set up.
If it still doesn’t sync, try turning the account off and back on, or remove and re-add it on your Mac. That usually forces the synchronization.
