- May I please know the make and model of your mouse and keyboard combo?
- Do they support Bluetooth connectivity, or do they use a wireless USB receiver?
Please also make sure the batteries are properly inserted in your keyboard and check if the LED indicator (if available) is working.
If your keyboard uses a separate USB receiver, kindly plug it directly into your laptop and check if it works.
