A supplier has sent an invoice to a collection office. However, I think I have never received an invoice in the first place. They claim to have sent it by email to ******@hotmail.com on February 28th 2025. The company is AutoSync.
Can you check the mails I have received on that date? So that I know if their claim is justified or not.
Many thanks,
Paul

If you have checked the mentioned location and followed the steps, but the email is not available, the only remaining option is to ask the supplier to provide evidence that the email was sent to you.
Hello Dyari,
This is about a mail from February 28th last year. If I have deleted it, I cannot recover it. But I am pretty sure I have not received it in the first place. It would by helpful just to know if I got it. Is there any way for me to know?
Many thanks,
Paul
Hi ,
I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.
I'm afraid that no one here can view or verify the contents of your mailbox. For privacy and security reasons, only you can access your emails. However, check both the Outlook App and Outlook web and use the search bar to look for the sender’s email address or domain.
Also, check your Junk Folder, deleted items and any custom rules. If you have inbox rules, an email could have been moved or deleted automatically.
If the email is not found anywhere in your mailbox, the supplier will need to provide evidence that the email was successfully delivered to your email.
Please feel free to ask if you need further assistance.
