Cannot login to my microsoft student account from PC

Question

I cannot login into my student account on my windows 10 PC, in every app. I tried in:

1. settings (instead of local profile)
2. microsoft store
3. excel
4. microsoft 365 app

I always get Message: An unexpected error occurred. Tag: 5fcl8 Code: 1067 after writing my email.

I could log in on my Mac and excel works fine there. I have space for 2 more devices on the office license. I can use 365 in web browser also fine, but I would prefer to have it on device
