Driver loading errors cause very slow boot time

Hello! Recently my computer started to boot incredibly slowly - 3-5 minutes on an SSD. After some digging, I have found the boot log, and noticed some very strange things inside. It seems like Windows is failing to load certain drivers repeatedly and that is the cause of the slowdown. I cannot reinstall the whole system - I have too many files with nowhere to back up. Here is the log. I hope somebody here can help me. Thanks in advance.

Hello, my name is Anderson Souza, I am an Independent Advisor and I hope I can help you with your problem today.

There are two tools that you can try at first:: "sfc" and "dism".

The System File Checker (SFC) tool built into Windows will scan your Windows system files for corruption or any other changes. If a file has been modified, it will automatically replace that file with the correct version. If the SFC command doesn’t work, you can also try the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) command to repair the underlying Windows system image.

[ Using System File Checker in Windows 10 ]

System File Checker is a utility in Windows 10 that checks for problems with files on your computer. To run it, follow these steps:

Make sure you've installed the latest updates for Windows 10, and then restart your machine. To find out more, read Update Windows 10.

In the search box on the taskbar, type Command Prompt, and right-click or press and hold Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the list of results. Select Run as administrator, and then select Yes.

    Type

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

(note the space before each "/"), and then press Enter. (Note: This step may take a few minutes to start and up to 30 minutes to complete.)

After you see a message that says "The operation completed successfully," type

    sfc /scannow

(note the space between "sfc" and "/") and press Enter.

After you see a message that says, "Verification 100% complete," type exit.

    Hello, thanks for replying.
I ran both commands and it changed nothing. I am pretty sure the problem is caused by a broken driver, not Windows itself.

Okay, thanks for the feedback and sorry for the delay in responding, I saw that most of the "BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED" errors are related to VMWare drivers, initially I would like to suggest testing the use of "Safe Mode", safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. If a problem doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue. Observing Windows in safe mode enables you to narrow down the source of a problem, and can help you troubleshoot problems on your PC.

I booted in safe mode as you suggested, the PC indeed started up faster. The boot log still shows driver errors though. Here it is.
