Freshly installed windows 11 lagging

Question

Windows lags just after installing.I did fresh install of windows 11 today, and formatted drive before. It started to lag in windows introduction, when I finally got to logging screen, looks like keyboard is glitching. I can use mouse normally, but I cant type password in because it takes about 10 seconds to type one letter, then lags completely after few letters.. But in bios it works normally. So its windows fault. With secondly reinstalled windows I managed to log into system, but then I cant use computer normally, I cant download any drivers because any action like opening browser or typing a letter takes few minutes. I have no clue what can cause this. I tried making new pendrive installer with newest windows but it does the same thing. Also my drive is working fine, games and programs were running on it few days ago before reinstalling windows. How to troubleshoot this issue? My pc is i3 12100f, rx 6600, 2x8gb ram, crucial mx500 250gb, b660m ds3h, vero L3 600W.

A full clean install should result in a responsive system, if it does not, that usually indicates a hardware problem.

Drive should be okay, it opened games and apps with no problem. Its a solid one. I'll try making new system pendrive third time, but if it fails again, what else could I try?

Your new Windows installation seems to be totally corrupt, the best option would be to create a new bootable Windows USB and use that to clean install Windows, if that does not result in a stable and responsive system, there may be a problem with the drive Windows is installed onto.

I cant even access it now. I opened settings and tried to install windows update. But its stuck at 0% and windows lagged. I can move my mouse, but windows shows that something is being opened now (I mean cursor is a moving circle) and doesnt response to anything. Even ctrl alt del doesnt work, nothing I can do. Should I reinstall windows third time? I dont know if I can install drivers even through usb now, if system cant open file manager

Open the Settings App, then go to System - Recovery, then in the 'Fix problems with Windows Updates' section, click the 'Reinstall Now' button and wait for that process to complete.

If that does not resolve the problem, then it would be best to download a full et of drivers for your PC on another working PC and then transfer the installers to your PC and use them to re-install your drivers.
