Kernel Power 41(63) error after autochkdsk D:,C: (98) ALWAYS

Question

The system encounters a Kernel Power 41 (63) error immediately after the automatic health check of volumes C and D. This issue occurs precisely when Windows finishes evaluating the health of the disk (often via SMART monitoring or other background disk checks). Despite the system reporting that the disk is in good condition, the computer abruptly restarts, generating the Kernel Power error.

It's not the only time it happens very often and working on my laptop is imposible:

I also don't see some power-plan advanced options like PCI:

Download the free CrystalDiskInfo utility, please provide a screenshot of what that indicates for that drive.

Hi... I installed new chipset driver from the site but the problem still exist:

I do not have new dump file from this event

Is it possible to turn off autochecking Volumes health?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump files indicate the chipset (storage) drivers are causing your PC to crash.

Go to the support page for your PC or Motherboard on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and install the version of Chipset drivers they recommend and while there, if you do not have your drive encrypted with Bitlocker, check for any BIOS update that may need to be installed
