I can not log into my outlook on my computer and any time I insert my information it shows this error.

If you go to the web browser, launch it in private mode, then go to https://www.outlook.com, can you please confirm if you can sign in that way without getting error?

Hello, yes I am using my acer computer with window 11 and everything is updated and well functioning its just keeps on saying the same thing when I try to log in to my student account on my computer and I used private mode it keeps giving same error

I see. If it is giving you the same error with browser private mode, that means something is not set up right with your student account. Contact your school's IT support, give them the error message. Have them go into admin center and check the license assignment for your account. Looks like you were not assigned license, or you were assigned the wrong license.
