Hello, i have a questions about users on windows 11.What does performance log users mean? I use the computer myself and no other user should appear on its, no other reason, so why am i writing users here does IT mean that someone hacker my computer?

Performance Log Users can manage performance logs, counters and alerts on a domain. it is a setting usually only available if you PC is connected to a work domain, is your PC connected to a work account?

no, my computer is not for work, I use it at home for private purposes

In that case, it is a redundant setting, select that user in that utility, select Properties

On the resulting dialog, select the Group Membership tab and you can remove the Performance Log User group from there.

Rest assured, your PC is not infected with malware and no-one has hacked your PC.

Yes, you can safely assume your PC is safe and malware free.

However for peace of mind, run a full scan with Defender or your preferred anti-virus.
