    In the old computer, was Windows installed with the device? Meaning Windows came with the device? If so, you cannot transfer the product key to another computer. The only way to transfer a product key is when you purchased the license separately from the device.

    It came with the device, but i have seen on some site that i can see my product key with a command in cmd, and it really worked but i dont know if i can do anything more with it so im asking.

    You can run this command using command prompt:

    wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

    It will show you the product key, but you cannot use this product key to activate a different computer.

    I also went to my settings and i see that my windows system was activated with a digital license connected to my Microsoft account, so can i use it on another computer if its connected to my Microsoft account?

    No, unfortunately it won't work.

    Being digital license doesn't mean it is transferrable. It only means you don't need the actual product key and you can use your microsoft account to activate.

    However, it still has two different types for general consumers. One is OEM type (digital or not), it can only activte the device it comes with. The other one is retail type, which can be transfered.

    So, as you can see, whether it is digital or not is not relevant here. Sorry!
