New minecraft launcher causes Black Screen of death on windows 11. What failed: wcifs.sys

Just like in the title, the new launcher causes black screen of death after selecting either modded version (Forge, CM pack, blazing pack) Stop code: System_Service_Exception what failed: wcifs.sys. The black screen of death also happens when launching old minecraft versions for example: 1.8.8.

Here is the list of apps I used, before I reset my PC. Before migrating to the new launcher everything was fine. Please help
