How to boot to second windows drive

Question

I got 2 ssds in my system. Lets call the first one 'a' - it has my original system. The other one is 'b' and i just installed the system on it. The problem is, I can't boot into my disk 'b'. BIOS only shows "windows boot manager" in the boot order, and the menu that appears after restarting while holding shift has no option to change boot. Also the system on disk 'b' couldn't connect to the internet.

Probably in the new installation on disk b, the drivers are missing, you need to go to the manufacturer's website to download it, so the internet must not be working.

What settings? There is just windows boot manager in the boot order and I had no other options to change. I know the drivers were missing, that why I went back to disk a. The problem is that I have no way to boot back into disk b now.

Every computer has a hotkey to choose which drive to boot from.

However, this key varies from supplier to supplier, such as F2, F10, F12,...

When you press the button for the computer to turn on, can you see if any key like this works? if yes, check if more than one boot option appears.
